Class of 2022 Graduation Ceremony
Every year, everyone looks forward to the graduation ceremony, as it is a major event filled with pride, nostalgia, and memories. June 10 marked the graduation of our senior class of 2022, and what a day it was! The graduation ceremony kicked off with the senior students coming out only to be met by a round of applause from friends and family, and this was only the beginning of the celebrations.
In his speech, Mr. Armen Mansourian, ISC-Muscat Director, welcomed the attendees and expressed his admiration for the graduates, calling on them to continue their efforts to accomplish their ambitions and to strive for further achievements.
Mr. Victor Saad, Vice President of SABIS®, delivered a speech to the graduates, in which he highlighted the most important challenges and crises the world is currently facing, and urged graduates to show perseverance and exert effort to overcome these challenges, armed with knowledge and strong will. Mr. Victor Saad also expressed optimism toward the youth's ability to influence decision-makers, which will eventually result in the required change to serve all humanity.
The head of the Student Life Organization (SLO), Ms. Sarah Al Abdullatif and our school prefect, Khalid Al Sawa’ei, addressed the audience in their speeches, underlining the challenging yet rewarding year for our seniors. As “A Trip Down Memory Lane” was played, the students had a chance to reminisce and appreciate their academic years. Although our senior students were overjoyed to finally celebrate their big day, they were sad to see their chapter at ISC-Muscat end. Tears of joy were met with conversations about trips and great memories that were made throughout the years.
We wish our graduates the best of luck in their future endeavors.
